According to the Government's Decree 119, by Nov 1st, 2020, 100% of businesses, organizations and business households must use e-invoices. To achieve this goal, currently, many businesses in Quang Ninh province have registered to apply e-invoices, showing the positive response of the business community and the efforts of the provincial Tax Department.
E-invoices are created, sent, stored and managed by computers, thus reducing time and costs for enterprises and citizens. According to Quang Ninh Tax Department, 2,000 out of more than 6,000 units, enterprises, and business organizations in the province have used e-invoices. To ensure 100% of units, enterprises and business households accessing and using e-invoices, Quang Ninh Tax Department has actively organized training courses at localities to provide information as well as timely solve difficulties arising from the process of e-invoice implementation.
In the coming time, Quang Ninh Tax Department will continue to popularize e-invoices with the aim of achieving at least 60% of units and business organizations in the province using e-invoices in 2019 and 100% by June, 2020.
