Stephen Hawking International Primary and Secondary School opened and put into operation on Sept. 4 in Uong Bi City.

The Stephen Hawking International Primary and Junior High School, invested by Ha Long Education Co. Ltd. and Thanh Minh Co. Ltd, is located at Tan Thanh Urban Area, Yen Thanh Ward, Uong Bi City, with a total investment of nearly 35.8 bil.VND.

The school is established on March 25, 2019 in accordance with Decision No. 1272 of Uong Bi City’s People’s Committee, with development scale of 20 elementary classes,16 junior high school classes with a total of 1,152 students. The school consists of a multi-purpose house, elementary and junior high school houses and auxiliary works equipped with modern teaching and learning equipment. With advanced and high quality teaching methods and student centered learning, the school will provide students with comprehensive knowledge as well as physical and mental development.
