On September 10, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, inspected the recovery work after storm No. 3 (Yagi) in Dong Trieu town, Uong Bi city and Quang Ninh Provincial Media Center.
