On Feb. 22, at the invitation of Mr. Peng Qing Hua, Secretary of the Party Committee of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial party Committee Nguyen Van Doc led a delegation of Vietnam's northern border provinces (including Quang Ninh, Lang Son, Cao Bang and Ha Giang) paid an official visit to Guangxi and joined the spring talk organized in Nanning.
At the talk, Secretaries of Vietnam's 4 northern border provinces highly appreciated Peng Qing Hua's idea on holding this spring talk. The two sides reached the common agreements on promoting the friendship.
For his part, Quang Ninh's Secretary Nguyen Van Doc said that this is a signinficant activity not only to concretize the common agreements of the two parties and the two governments but also to deepen the cooperation tie of the 4 provinces of Vietnam and Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region. Therefore, he hoped that more cooperation programs would be effectively conducted in the comming time in order to tap all the stregths and potential of the two sides.
At the end of the talk, 4 provinces of Vietnam inked the 2016 Spring talk Memorandum.
