On Nov. 11, in Ha Long city, Secretary of Provincial Party's Committee Pham Minh Chinh had a meeting with Mr. Shay Saron, Creative Director of Growing Smart Firm (Israel) and My Way Group regarding innovative rural model at 3 communes of Dong Trieu district, including An Sinh, Viet Dan and Binh Khe.
Addressing the meeting, Secretary Pham Minh Chinh cited that the aim of the model is to enhance the local people's living standard, meeting the need of rural modernization in terms of agricultural and industrial products, information and technology, tourism- service development, upgrading technical and social infratstructure...Chinh stressed that, in order to sucessfully realize this model, Quang Ninh would like to receive the assitance and advice from countries that have hi-tech science and great experiences in agriculture like Israel.
The Provincial Party's Committee leader hoped that Israeli consultants would closely cooperate with QNPPC to propose the most suitable measures to apply this model.
For his part, Mr. Shay Saron said that these above-mentioned communes are suitable to implement this model. Therefore, right after the meeting, he will directly work with the Embassy of Israel in Vietnam to ask for help. At the same time, he will also actively call for investors to join the project. He hoped that with the both sides' cooperation, this project will be successfully implemented with possitive outcome.
