In the framework of the Vietnam-Laos-Cambodia Youth Cooperation Conference 2014 held on Dec. 5-10, , the Vietnam-Laos-Cambodia Youths visited Quang Ninh on Dec. 9. Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Party's Committee Pham Minh Chinh received and worked with the delegation.
Secretary Pham Minh Chinh was delighted to welcome the delegation to Quang Ninh. At the reception, he briefed the delegation a snapshot of Quang Ninh's potential and strengths.
Chinh stressed that this event offered a good opportunity for youth organizations of the three countries to meet, exchange and share experiences. It also created a basis for enhancing the relationship of 3 countries, and develop the cooperation of Quang Ninh Youth and the youth from the provinces of Laos and Cambodia. Chinh also recommended to promote the cooperation in education and traning by sending Laos- and Cambodia Young people to study history, culture and IT in Ha Long university in near future. He hoped that through this event, the Youth from other provinces of Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia would know more about Quang Ninh.
On the same day, the delegation worked with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union and visited Ha Long Bay- the World Heritage Site.
