Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Party's Committee Nguyen Van Doc had a coutersy meeting with Mr. Ali Rashid Ahmad Lootah, Chairperson of Nakheel, a development company in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) on April 21, in Ha Long city.
Secretary Doc expressed his happiness to receive the delegation to Quang Ninh. He stressed that investment promotion is one of the most important tasks of Quang Ninh. He hoped that Quang Ninh would be a strategic investment environment for NaKheel, and pledged to offer the best conditions to the company for their investment in the province.
For his part, Mr. Ali Rashid Ahmad Lootah promised to share the company's experiences with Quang Ninh, contributing to its plan for tourism development.
