In response to the 88th anniversary of the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Day (26/3/1931), the Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Association of Quang Ninh province jointly held a ceremory for launching the program titled “Youth Meeting Venue - Ha Long Smile” and a music night “the love songs of March - exciting youth”.
Under the program, a variety of clubs such as guitar clubs, hiphop clubs and dancesports clubs will organize arts shows twice a month in order to create a joyful atmosphere at the provincial Children’s Palace, the common house of Quang Ninh youngsters and children.
This is also a good chance for young people to fulfill their passion on arts.
Also at the ceremony, the Vietnam Youth Association of Quang Ninh kickstarted a special emulation "Quang Ninh youths emulate to record achievements to welcome the congress of all levels and the 6th Congress of Vietnam Youth Union in Quang Ninh province, term of 2019-2024."
