On Feb 8, Quang Ninh held a ceremony to announce Department and District Competitiveness Index DDCI 2020. The event was attended by Quang Ninh Provincial Party’s Committee Secretary, cum Chairman of People’s Council, Nguyen Xuan Ky, Deputy Secretary of Standing Party’s Committee, Ngo Hoang Ngan, and Chairman of People’s Committee, Nguyen Van Thang.
2019 marked the 5th year in a row that Quang Ninh applies DDCI via an annual survey basing on enterprises’ opinions.
This year, Quang Ninh Customs ranks the first in the category of Department Competitiveness Index and followed by Quang Ninh State Bank, Economic Zone Management Board, Provincial Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Information and Communications. In the category of District Competitiveness Index, the first place calls the name of Quang Yen Town. Mong Cai City, Ha Long City, and Dong Trieu District come after the town.
At the meeting, Quang Ninh launched DDCI 2020.
