In the afternoon of November 27, in Ho Chi Minh City, Quang Ninh province held a conference on Quang Ninh tourism promotion in 2019, aiming at introducing the image, cultural charactristics of attractions, as well as tourism products of both Quang Ninh and Ho Chi Minh city to a great number of travel agents of the two localities.
The conference is a good opportunity for tourism businesses in both Quang Ninh and Ho Chi Minh City to seek for partners and sign cooperation agreements which enable to create a range of new and attractive tourism products and services helping to attract tourists. It also gives a chance for the two sides to share and learn experiences in tourism management, attracting investment and launching tours, connecting tourism attractions between Quang Ninh - Ho Chi Minh City so that tours between Quang Ninh and Ho Chi Minh City could be expolited in an effective way.
Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairwoman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee Vu Thi Thu Thuy briefly informed about Quang Ninh’s policies to attract tourists, new tourism products and especially solutions to promote tourism development. She also believed that the cooperation between Quang Ninh travel agents and the ones in not only Ho Chi Minh City but also in the whole country would continued to be effectively promoted in the upcoming time.
At the end of the conference, Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee and Vietravel Joint Stock Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Tourism Development Cooperation.
