The number of visitors to Quang Ninh is expected to increase during the Lunar New Year holiday 2020. In order to gain this result, at present, Quang Ninh tourism sector has taken measures to enhance the management of tourism service quality, as well as set up plans to organize a range of entertainment and recreation activities to serve tourists during the holiday.
With the aim of ensuring the best conditions to serve tourists coming to Quang Ninh on the early spring days, the provincial tourism sector has directed related agencies to draw plans organizing programs, and activities to welcome them, focusing on safety and service quality. Particularly, all commercial centers, restaurants, hotels, accommodation bases have been asked to upgrade their facilities, improve food quality for the food hygiene and safety as well as other essential conditions to serve tourists.
Besides, tourism and services businesses were requested to strictly implement listing and sell services at the listed price without arbitrarily raising price to protect the image and brand of Quang Ninh’s tourism; enhancing the inspection of food safety; not selling poor quality or unknown-original food. Along with ensuring safety and security for tourists during their visit in Quang Ninh on the Tet holiday, functional bodies also launched hotlines to collect feedbacks and complains from tourists.
Not only tourism businesses but also travel agencies, tour operators, restaurants and hotels within the province have enhanced and diversified tourism products to attract visitors.
Moreover, at some hotels and resorts, national traditional art performances, carnivals, or programs introducing typical dishes, etc. have been offered to satisfy demands of international visitors.
It can be said that with practical activities by the provincial tourism sector and good preparations for the Tet holiday by tourism enterprises within Quang Ninh, tourist coming to Quang Ninh in the early spring of the Lunar New Year would have a happy and warm holiday.
