Under the frame work of the tourism promotion conference held in Ho Chi Minh city, Quang Ninh joined the Vietnam International Travel Mart (VITM) which takes place on from Nov. 29 to Dec. 1 in Can Tho city.
With the theme "Mekong Delta region’s tourism within the whole country", VITM is a large-scale tourism event of the Mekong Delta region that supports tourism businesses to advertise and sell their tourism products, contributing to developing tourism as a key economic sector.
With an impressive designed booth entitled "Ha Long Bay World Natural Heritage Site", the four enterprises of Quang Ninh display at the VITM2019 publications and documents that introduce attractions in Ha Long and typical tourism products and routes of Quang Ninh province.
The VITM 2019 has more than 340 booths of 400 travel businesses, hotels, state management agencies, tourism associations from 20 provinces and cities in 7 countries. A range of activities will be held on the sideline of the event, such as an agreement signing ceremony; a tourism forum; a cuisine festival; a workshop on tourism products, etc….
