Quang Ninh stops the operation of interdisciplinary checkpoints from 3 p.m on September 8.
In the context of basically controlling Covid-19 pandemic in neighboring provinces and cities and in order to reach the dual target of preventing the disease while ensuring socio-economic development, Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee has issued a document. Accordingly, from 3 p.m on September 8, 2020:
- Quang Ninh stops the operation of interdisciplinary checkpoints in localities in the province.
- Quang Ninh maintains border checkpoints to prevent illegal entry and exit.
- Public buses, cars, and other kinds of transportation vehicles from Quang Ninh to Hai Duong and vice-verse are allowed to normally operate while strictly following regulations on Covid-19 prevention and control.
- People from and passing through Hai Duong must undertake health declaration as regulated.
- Karaoke parlos, bars, pubs, clubs, games shops, massage and beauty salons are allowed to resume operation provided that they follow regulations on Covid-19 prevention and control.
- Face mask wearing is required at public places and in public buses.
- People are encouraged not to gather if unnescessary, maintain safe distance, and moderately hold weddings or funnerals.
