Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Party’s Committee Nguyen Xuan Ky on Friday evening (Sep. 13) shared the joy of the Mid-Autumn Festival with children in Cam Pha city.
At the festival, delegates and the local people heard the congratulation letter from the President sent to all children nationwide on the occasion of Mid-Autumn Festival, which is celebrated annually on the 15th day of the eighth lunar month.
In the joyful and warm atmosphere, a full range of music and dance performances were presented by the local children.
Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Party's Committee conveyed his warmest feelings and best wishes towards children in the city, and expressed his delight that the children have all made great efforts and gained encouraging progresses in their studies while actively joining in social activities and doing good deeds.
He hoped that the children would continue following President Ho Chi Minh's teachings and promoting solidarity to help their disadvantaged friends, thus contributing to building the country in the future.
The Provincial Party leader also asked local functional authorities in Cam Pha city to continue paying much attention to taking care of the children, creating the most favourable conditions for them to study and growin a safe and healthy environment.
