An exhibition entitled "Photography captures 30 years of the national Doi Moi (Reform) process" kicked off in Hanoi last week under the Vietnamese Association of Photographic Artists (VAPA) to mark the association’s 64th anniversary.
Works on display include 191 photos and 13 photo sets, which were selected from nearly 1,800 entries sent to the organising board. Quang Ninh has 3 photos to be displayed at the exhibition, namely: "Fog in Yen Tu mountain" (Suong Mu Yen Tu) and "Friendliness" (Than Thien) by Bach Ngoc Tu, and "Technology Transfering (Chuyen Giao Cong Nghe) by Pham Manh Hung.
According to the judges, the entries reflect activities in all fields of Vietnamese society as well as achievements gained during the reform process, contributing to promote the image of Vietnam's country and people to the world.
The exhibition runs until May 18.
