On Apr.10, in Ha Long city, a delegation of experts from Hessen, Germany headed by Professor Dr. Franz-Bernd Frenchen, University of Kassel came to Quang Ninh to install the system of Nano hitech water leaching equipments at some of the schools based in Quang Ninh. Standing Deputy Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Party's Committee Do Thi Hoang received the delegation.

Quang Ninh province treasures the kind support of German government in general and Hessen State in particular for Quang Ninh in recent years, Mrs. Do Thi Hoang said at the meeting. She also emphasized that the installation of the system of Nano hitech water leaching equipments plays a significant role in improving physical health for pupils in Quang Ninh.
She also wished that the Hessen State would continue to support Quang Ninh in terms of environmental protection, especially the water environment in Halong Bay, and granting scholarships and training courses for students and officials of the province.
For his part, Professor Dr. Franz-Bernd Frenchen was impressed with the warm welcome provided by the province and highly appreciated the very good preparation of the schools for the installation. He also would like to receive feedbacks from schools so that they could continue improving their products. He strongly affirmed to connect with other Germany's leading universities to help Quang Ninh in various fields, contributing to tightening the cooperation of the both sides.
