Under the framework the 4thdialogue namely "2 nations-4 sides" between the customs departments of three northeastern provinces-Quang Ninh, Cao Bang, and Lang Son (Vietnam), and Nanning (China) held in Ha Long city, Quang Ninh's Vice Chairwoman Vu Thi Thu Thuy received the delegation of Nanning Customs department on Aug 17.
At the reception, Quang Ninh's Vice Chairwoman Vu Thi Thu Thuy highly appreciated the good cooperation tie between Nanning Customs department and the customs departments of three provinces of Vietnam.
She sincerely thanked Naning customs department for its cooperation and assistance to fucntional authorities of Vietnam in general and Quang Ninh in particular in dealing with smuggling and commercial fraud.
The Vice Chairwoman of QNPPC affirmed that leaders of Quang Ninh and Guanxing provinces always attach importance to the development of the border trade economy. Thus, she hoped both sides would enhance cooperation activities, and offer the best conditions for the people living along the borders of the two countries in the economic development, as well as effectively preventing the smuggling and commercial fraud.
Also at the meeting, the leader of Nanning customs department briefed the results of the 4th dialogue. As reported, the results gained in the cooperation tie of customs departments partly contributes to promoting the trade activities of both Vietnam and China.
At the 4th dialogue in Ha Long, both sides has agreed on a number of significant agreements in terms of professionnal training, information exchange, preventing smuggling through borders, commercial fraud and offering the best convinience for exporting and importing activities of the two sides.
