Within the scope of provincial tourism promotion campaign, on Jun 8, Quang Ninh’s delegation led by provincial Standing Deputy Secretary, Ngo Hoang Ngan, had a working session with Da Nang municipal leaders.
At the meeting, Quang Ninh’s Standing Deputy Secretary, Ngo Hoang Ngan, recommended the two localities to closely coordinate to study and develop new tourism products and services as well as tourism routes, offer 2 –way preferential policies via connecting Van Don – Da Nang air lines, and promote cruise tourism with the target of “One voyage – 2 destinations”.
Da Nang Municipal Standing Deputy Secretary, Nguyen Van Quang, emphasized that Quang Ninhs suggestions were also Da Nang’s wishes in tourism cooperation. He said that the both sides should sign annual agreement on tourism connection and promotion, increase the number of flights between the 2 sides to 7 from 3 a week. In the short term, the 2 localities will focus on promoting domestic tourism demand and be ready for international tourism cooperation post Covid-19.
