In the framework of the working visit in Guangxi province, Quang Ninh’s delegation led by Secretary Party Committee Pham Minh Chinh on April 19 paid a visit to Qiu Lin city. Mr. Liu Quan, Secretary of the City’s Party Committee received and worked with the delegation.
On behalf of Quang Ninh province, Mr. Pham Minh Chinh sincerely thanked the leaders and people of Qiu Lin city for their support for Quang Ninh in education activities in recent years. He hoped that this visit will contribute to consolidate and sustainably develop the cooperative relation between the two localities.
The Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committe also proposed to establish a united working group between Ha Long and Qui Lin city with the aim of consulting the leaders of the two sides to promote the relationship and cooperation between Ha Long and Qiu Lin city, especially in tourism.
Previously, Mr. Pham Minh Chinh had visited and witnessed the signing ceremony of cooperation in training between Guangxi Teacher Training University and the Permanent Center of Education and Training for officials of Quang Ninh. On April 20, the delegation left Guangxi, closing its successful working visit in Guangxi.
