On May 16, in Ha Long city, Quang Ninh’s Chairman Nguyen Duc Long chaired a meeting with the delegation of Vietnam National Petroleum group (Petrolimex).
Addressing the meeting, Chairman Nguyen Duc Long highlighted the group’s investment in building infrastructure system with the aim of meeting energy demands of Quang Ninh. He also hailed the group’s great contribution to the provincial budget, paying much attention to the workers’life, and accompanying the province in the social welfare activities, partly contributing to the socio-economic development of the country.
Acknowledging possitive results that Petrolimex in general and Petrolimex Quang Ninh in particular have gained over the years, the Chairman strongly committeed to offer the group and its branch in Quang Ninh the favourable conditions for their growth and bussiness activities in the province.
Besides, he also hoped that the Group’s leaders will continue to direct Petrolimex Quang Ninh to run effective business in line with environmental protection and fire prevention and fighting so as to actively contribute to ensure the national energy security and Quang Ninh’s socio-economic development.
For his part, the representative of the Petrolimex sincerly thanked Quang Ninh’s leaders for their support and assitance in Petrolimex Quang Ninh’s performances over the years, hoping that the province would continue facilitating the Group to expand its systems, contributing to the ensurance of national energy security and provincial budget.
On this occasion, Quang ninh’s Chairman Nguyen Duc Long granted merit to the former Chairman of the Board of Petrolimex, Mr. Bui Ngoc Thao, for his contribution to the development of Quang Ninh.
