In May, 2019, the Tourism Department’s inspector answered questions concerning tourism information from 32 cases, resolved 8 petitions via hotlines, fined 3 accommodation establishments without listing prices and one tour guide without a tour guide card on duty. In the coming time, Quang Ninh Department of Tourism will continue improving tourism promotion in domestic and international markets, thereby meeting better tourists’ demands.
