On Apr 20, Quang Ninh Provincial Party’s Committee Secretary, cum chairman of People’s Council, Nguyen Xuan Ky, presided over an online meeting with the participation of representatives from departments, sectors, and 13 localities on the continuance of implementing Covid-19 preventive measures.
Provincial Party’s Committee Secretary, cum chairman of People’s Council, Nguyen Xuan Ky, emphasized that Quang Ninh had made a great effort in mobilizing all sources in the fight against Covid-19. Since Apr 1, the province has been well implementing the Prime Minister’s Directive No.16, controlling the situation, and preventing disease spread in the community.
During the implementation, Quang Ninh proves the operational efficiency of self-management groups at residential areas, online learning, online working… based upon E-government platform invested by the province. Moreover, Quang Ninh’s people have the sense of responsibility of joining hands with the authorities in implementing the Prime Minister’s Directive No.16.
Regarding missions in the coming time, Provincial Party’s Committee Secretary, cum chairman of People’s Council, Nguyen Xuan Ky, required an overall scenario until May 3 while awaiting for the Central Government’s post-Apr 22 guidelines, to ensure Quang Ninh as a safe destination, ensuring production and business, and local people’s health. He also emphasized the importance of maintaining measures to prevent infection from outside and control the situation from inside.
