On October 10th, the 22nd session of the Quang Ninh provincial People's Council tenure 12 was held by the Quang Ninh Provinvial People's Committee at the provincial conference center. The meeting was attended by Mr. Nguyen Van Doc, Secretary of the Quang Ninh provincial Party Committee; Chairman of Quang Ninh provinvial People's Council , other provincial leaders.
The 22nd session of the Quang Ninh provincial Party Committee tenure 12 takes place on December 10th - 12th at the provincial conference center. At the session, the provincial People’s Council have discussed and evaluated the results of implementing socio-economic tasks in 2015, discuss and decide the tasks, solutions on social-economic development in 2016; budget allocation plans and mechanisms and measures for the local budget operation in 2016; and decide some other important issues.
Making speech at the meeting, Secretary of the Quang Ninh provincial Party Committee directed this was a very important meeting. He also required that the session not only assessed the results of implementation of the tasks in 2015 but also overview achievements and shortcomings of the period of 2011-2016 of the provincial People’s Council tenure 12.
In 2016, it should focus on key tasks, targets and solutions set on the Resolution of the 14th provincial Party Congress, including investment in key works and social welfare, especially in remote areas; administrative reform, enhancing responsibilities of staff at communal and ward levels in solving procedures of people to reinforce belief among the people; ensure security and order and avoid prolong complaint and denouncement.
