On Aug. 23, Quang Ninh’s Permanent Vice Chairman Dang Huy Hau had meeting with a Lao delegation led by Vice Minister of Home Affairs Khammoune Viphongxay.
Quang Ninh’s Vice Chairman made a brief introduction about socio-economic development and the administrative structure of the People’s Committees of Quang Ninh province in general and Ha Long city in particular.
Sharing experiences in restructuring of several organizations with Laos, Quang Ninh’s Vice Chairman affirmed that in recent years, this model of the administrative reform helps to downsize the workforce of Quang Ninh and at the same time to improve the quality of human resources.
Regarding the public administrative center model in Quang Ninh, the leader of Quang Ninh also shares with the guests the experiences about its operation and the effectiveness. Accordingly, this has helped to speed up the progress of the public administrative reform, simplify administrative procedures, offering the convenience to people, enterprises.
For his part, Vice Minister of Home Affairs Khammoune Viphongxay highly aprreciated great achivements that Quang Ninh has recently gained. He affirmed that Lao would consider to Quang Ninh experiences in its administrative reform.
During the visit, the delegation also visited the Provincial Public Administrative Center, and FLC golf-link in Ha Long city.
