Quang Ninh Provincial Administrative Center is temporarily operating at the first floor of the Office complex No. 2. The temporary space is narrow, affecting services quality. In order to offer better services, Quang Ninh decided to build a new center building at Hong Ha Ward, Ha Long City with an investment of nearly 150 billion VND.
Have been kicked off in Dec, 2018, the construction will be completed in August, three months earlier than the plan.
The center has one ground floor and 5 storeys, covering an area of 7,650m2. It was designed to meet aesthetic and quality standards, including a hall, reception area, working place, an auction area, a rooftop garden and supporting components.
The center will be equipped synchronously with modern facilities. IT applications will be boosted in receiving and handling administrative requirements, facilitating transactions of individuals and organizations.
