On Jan. 19, in Ha Long city, Secretary of Quang Ninh Party's Committee Nguyen Van Doc had coutersy call to the delegation of Huaphanh province of Laos led by its Vice Chairman, Phu Xon Thăm Ma Vi Xay.
The Secretary expressed his pleasure to welcome the Laos guests to Quang Ninh province, and proudly introduced to the delegation about Quang Ninh's great achievements in socio, economic and defence-security development. He stressed that Quang Ninh province always attaches importance to education and training, and committeed to offer the best facilities to Laos students who study in the province.
On his turn, Huaphanh's Vice Chairman Phu Xon Tham Ma Vi Xay congratulated Quang Ninh on its achievements in economic development and politicial stability. He took the occasion to sincerely thank Quang Ninh's Party, Government and People for their support and assistance to Laos in recent years. He wished Quang Ninh province would continue promoting positive results and gain more new success in the New Year.
