On May 23, in Ha Long city, Mr. Pham Minh Chinh -who is Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee Secretary has welcomed and had a courtesy greeting to the delegation of Government Inspection of Laos led by Head of Inspection Commission of the People’s Revolutionary Party of Laos, and General Inspector of Laos Government.
At the reception, Mr. Pham Minh Chinh expressed his pleasure to welcome Bounthong Chitmany’s delegation to Quang Ninh. He stressed that Vietnamese State and Government in general and Quang Ninh province in particular always attach importance to developing the traditional friendship with Laos and hoped that it will be further developed.
Bonthong Chitmany highly appreciated Quang Ninh province’s achievements in socio-economic development. He hoped that through this visit, the cooperative relationship of Laos government with Vietnam in general and Quang Ninh in particular will be further strengthened and developed.
