The 8th Culture, Sports and Tourism Festival of the Northeastern Region Ethnic groups will be held in Tuyen Quang province on September 27th-30th.
With the theme " The Northeastern- the beautiful spiritual land", the festival is a major cultural event with the participation of 9 northeastern provinces including Thai Nguyen, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Lang Son, Bac Giang, Quang Ninh, Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc, and the host -Tuyen Quang.
Quang Ninh will participate in almost activities during the festival, including Northeastern public art festival; cuisine contest to introduce gastronomy characteristics of each province; Tuyen Quang beauty contest; photography exhibition “Cultural colors of the Northeastern ethnic groups”; tourism promotion; organizing competitions of traditional sports.
Other activities will be also held on this occasion, such as Tourism and Trade Fair, Workshop on tourism development of Tuyen Quang and the Northeastern provinces; visiting Tan Trao National relic as well as other famous tourist spots of Tuyen Quang.
