On Jun.4, in Ha Long city, Quang Ninh opened a training course on Integration and Investment Economy for the provincial officials.
This 4-day training course was organised for 40 participants who are leaders of provincial departments and sectors. The lecture will be provided by professors, doctors and experts from famous economic institutions, namely: Asian Institute of Technologies, Vietnamese Central Economic Institute, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (Singapore). During the course, participants have a chance to discuss about various topics, such as impacts of the integration; some of the lessons on investment promotion in Vietnam and from other countries; policies forming and development strategies; techniques for developing strategies; improving quality of the provincial competitiveness.
The course aims to help learners improve their ability in applying knowledge in their actual job; proposing policies and measures to the provincial leaders to be active in the international integration, especially in investment economy, in order to meet the demand and requirements of the country and the province in the industrialization-modernization and integration period.
