Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee has issued decision No. 1310/QĐ-UBND on promulgating the Code of Conduct in the province. The code of conduct is subject to all organizations and individuals who are living, working, studying in, and visiting Quang Ninh.
The Code of Conduct is divided into 4 chapters. Notably, the 3rd chapter defines code of conduct in the communities, for example behaviors in families, clans, residential communities (villages, hamlets, and residential areas), public spaces, and cyber network.
The Code of Conduct aims at building and forming cultural norms to adjust words, attitudes, behaviors of individuals and organizations at public areas in the province, thereby building a civilized, friendly, modern, and worth-living Quang Ninh while persevering and developing Quang Ninh’s good cultural tradition for now and for the future.
