On Mar 30th, Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee issued Document No. 2018/UBND-DL1 on the imposing stronger preventive measures against Covid-19.
Accordingly:
-Public administration centers postpones direct administrative procedures which are available online at level 3 and 4; cancels all un-urgent administrative procedures; implements compulsory social distancing
-Departments, sectors, localities, units, offices, and businesses (except for military force, police, and others who directly involve in Covid-19 prevention and control) re-organize operation, encourage online working. It is not compulsory for 100% of public servants and laborers are at work.
-Quang Ninh’s Department of Health is responsible for working with people’s committees at communal and municipal levels to give managers of headquarters, buildings, and offices instructions on how to ensure safety and hygiene against Covid-19
-Lottery, prize-winning games, casino activities are banned from Mar 31st to Apr 15th.
-Quang Ninh’s Department of Health and Department of Information and Communications as well as telecommunication providers are required to quickly complete health check results of local people for updating on smart phones’ apps prior to Apr 5th.
