The Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee (QNPPC) has recently issued Document N0 870/UBND-DL2 dated 16/02/2017 regarding Quang Ninh-Ha Long Tourism Week 2017 and a wide range of activities responding to the event.
Accordingly, Quang Ninh-Ha Long Tourism Week 2017 will be kicked off in late April, including other events, such as: 2017 OCOP Summer Fair; a street festival "Welcoming amazing summer"; 2017 Tuan Chau-Ha Long Asian Women's beach Volleyball Tournament; Mong Cai tourism week opening ceremony, etc.
In the framework of Quang Ninh-Ha Long Tourism Week 2017, a wide range of events will be held, namely: Japanese Cherry blossoms and Yen Tu yellow ochna flower festival (in Ha Long city); Bach Dang festival (in Quang Yen town); Soong Co singning festival (in Binh Lieu district); Badminton tournament in Dong Trieu Town, and the 2nd Culture-Sport-Tourism week in Co To island district, etc.
The QNPPC assinged relevant departments and sectors to ensure environmental sanitation, security, transport safety, fire prevention and fighting, food safety for tourists during the event. Inspection activities will be intensified in order to ensure prices and quality of goods and services.
The Quang Ninh-Ha Long Tourism Week 2017, along with other responding activities, is a good start for the summer tourism in Quang Ninh. It is expected to attract a great number of tourists to the province.
