During the working visit to Japan, on Sept 17th, Quang Ninh delegation attended the Investment and Labor Forum in Sapporo, Hokkaido province. Under the theme “Vietnam – Hokkaido’s economy, investment, trade and human resouce supply”, the Forum attracted the participation of over 80 enterprises.
Speaking at the forum, Deputy Director of Quang Ninh Department of Planning and Investment Pham Hong Bien emphasized that Quang Ninh has always highly valued the relationship with Japanese partners and hoped that the two sides would promote cooperation in the fields of services and tourism, clean industry, hi-tech agriculture, education and training. At the same time, he recommended that Japanese businesses could study investment policies in industrial zones and dynamic economic zones of Quang Ninh province. At the forum, the participants highly appreciated the potential and development of Quang Ninh province and Vietnam in recent years. Many Japanese businesses got information about Quang Ninh and intended to deploy investment and development plans in the province in the future.
