The Provincial Party’s Committee of Lang Son hosted a spring meeting 2019 on March 20 - 23 with Secretary of the Party Committee of China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Lu Xinshe, and secretaries of the Party’s Committees of the 4 border provinces of Quang Ninh, Lang Son, Cao Bang and Ha Giang.
Annually held since 2016 at the beginning of spring, the spring meeting is an occasion for the localities of the two sides to enhance cooperation and comprehensive exchange, affirming the spirit of solidarity and sustainable development among the 5 border localities in particular, and the 2 countries of Vietnam - China in general. Through the program, exchanges and cooperation activities are increasingly diversified, effective and comprehensive, resulting in important results.
The Spring Meeting 2019 includes a talk and a memorandum that will be signed by Secretary of the Party Committee of China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Lu Xinshe and secretaries of the Party’s Committees of the 4 border provinces.
The 10th Conference of the Joint Working Committee between Quang Ninh, Lang Son, Cao Bang, Ha Giang (Vietnam) and the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China) will be also an important part of the program.
