On July 17th, in Ha Long city, a signing ceremony was held to sign a MoU on tourism between Quang Ninh Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Luang Prabang Department of Information, Culture and Tourism.
At the ceremony, representatives of both Laos and Quang Ninh have made a brief introduction of potentials for the tourism and economic development, as well as an overview of the development of information technology, communications and media of the two sides.
Under the MoU, the cooperation in tourism development will be strengthened for mutual benefit and law compliance. The two sides will take tasks to actively involve in tourism promotion activities, enhancing and supporting capacity-building, well as exchanging experiences and science-technology in managing tourism business activities.
