According to the Department of New Countryside Construction, all of the communes across the province have approved the plannings of new countryside construction.
The new countryside construction plannings are in line with local and regional socioeconomic development plannings and sectoral development plannings, closely associated with orientations on the development of the urban system and economic regions and conformable with the set of national criteria for new countryside.
In addition, these plannings are elaborated with the participation of local people and communities, ensure the development of a modern and civilized countryside while maintaining cultural identities and fine traditions and customs of each region and each ethnic group, stabilizing people's lives, maintaining and preserving heritages, promoting intangible cultural values and adapting to natural disaster conditions.
So as to speed up the new countryside construction scheme, Quang Ninh province has launched some agricultural support policies and mobilized financial sources for the scheme. Nearly VND 2 thousand billion has been mobilized for new countryside construction within 6 months, estimated by the Department of New Countryside Construction./.
