On Dec. 24, in Ha Long city, Vice-Chairwoman of QNPPC Vu Thi Thu Thuy chaired a meeting with a delegation of the Japanese Cultural Exchange Center in Vietnam regarding Japanese language training plan for labour force in Quang Ninh.
Under the pilot Japanese language training plan for local labours prepared by Quang Ninh Home Affairs Department, Japan will assist Quang Ninh province in training Japanese for the hi-quality human resource in major areas, namely technique and technology, energy, and environment...The Japanese language training couse with 20-25 learners will commence in the first quarter of the year 2014 with a duration of 12 months. Moreover, QNPPC will also organize basis Japanese training courses for officials and managers who directly works with Japanese partners.
For his part, Mr. Inami Kazumi, Director of the Center, highly appreciated QNPPC’s idea of preparing the human resource speaking Japanese in the province. He suggested that Quang Ninh should have estimated number of registers for each course and prepare long-term training plan for teachers of Japanese.
Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairwoman of QNPPC Vu Thi Thu Thuy emphasized that traning Japanese for Quang Ninh’s labour force is one the significant activities in 2013 to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Vietnam-Japan diplomatic tie. She hoped that the Japanese Cultural Exchange Center in Vietnam would continue to help QNPPC in pilot traning Japanese language for Quang Ninh’s human source.
