On Mar. 3, in Ha Noi city, Vice Chairman of QNPPC Nguyen Van Thanh chaired a meeting with Mr. Hoang Chi Bang, representative head of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Ha Noi.
At the meeting, Vice Chairman Nguyen Van Thanh introduced a snapshot of Quang Ninh's advantages and positive results of the socio-economic cooperation between Quang Ninh and Taiwanin recent years. Accordingly, Quang Ninh has become a potential site for Taiwanese investors; however, to date not many major projects have been implemented.
Thus, Thanh wished that with their capacibilities and experience, Taiwanese investors would enhance their investment in all fields in Quang Ninh, especially in education, healthcare and tourism. He also hoped the head representative wouldhelp to speed up the project on developing International resort and ecotourism in Quang Ninh implemented by Lucky Cement Corporation.
To conclude the meeting, Vice Chairman Nguyen Van Thanh highly aprreciated Mr. Hoang Chi Bang's goodwill. Thanh hoped that this visit would help to attract more investment from Taiwan into Quang Ninh contributing to the development of the province.
On this occasion, Mr. Hoang Chi Bang visited hi-tech agricultural zone in Dong Trieu and Van Don district.
