QNPPC's Chairman receives Ambassador of the U.S to Vietnam

On May 5, QNPPC's Chairman Nguyen Duc Long had a coutersy meeting with the Ambassador of the United State to Vietnam Ted Osius, on the occasion of his working visit to Ha Long under the frame work of the First Leadership Committee meeting of the Ha Long – Cat Ba Alliance.

At the meeting, Chairman of QNPPC Nguyen Duc Long made a brief introduction of Quang Ninh's socio and economic development. Regarding the First Leadership Committee meeting of the Ha Long-Cat Ba Alliance held in Ha Long city, Long hoped that the meeting would be successful, contributing to raise the public's awareness of the environmental protection and natural resource management. Also, he wished to receive the best support for the U.S in conservation of the World Heritage Ha Long Bay and the Cat Ba Archipelago.

Speaking at the meeting, Ambassador Ted Osius highly aprreciated Quang Ninh's great achievements in recent years. He also expressed his happiness to visit the World Heritage and Wonder- Ha Long bay. He pledged that with his role, he will introduce projects that Quang Ninh is calling for investments to the U.S investors. In addition , Ambassador Ted Osius hoped that the relationship between  the U.S and Vietnam in general and Quang ninh in particularly would be further developed.
