On Sep 11, in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee held a meeting to review some of plans in Mong Cai City.
After listening to the report on some of the plans in Mong Cai city, the participants analyzed and raised many ideas for investors to continue completing the plans so that they would be closed to the locality’s current conditions and efficiency must be ensured.
Concluding the meeting, Quang Ninh's Chairman Nguyen Van Thang asked the investor and consulting firms to collect all the opinions raised at the meeting to adjust the detailed 1/500 construction plan of the central area of Hai Hoa ward, the sport and tree green park complex in Hai Hoa ward to complete the proposal in the soonest time.
Regarding the detailed 1/500 construction plan of Mong Cai City Urban Ecological Area, the Chairman asked the investor to increase the land area for services and tourism, noting that the project implementation process must be sped up.
Related to the progress of making a detailed plan to relocate businesses affected by Mong Cai's Ninh Duong New Urban Area project, Quang Ninh's Chairman Nguyen Van Thang requested that the contents proposed by representatives of provincial departments, agencies and sectors must be added in the plan so that it could meet all the QNPPC's requirements and be deployed as soon as possible.
