In Hanoi, the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Propagandaand Education, the Steering Committee for External Information, and Vietnam Television (VTV) organized the 6th National External Information Service Awards.
The National External Information Service Awards was launched from Nov 27, 2019 to June 30, 2020. It attracted nearly 1,300 entries, an increase of more than 37% over the previous year, including 574print news and e-newspapers in Vietnamese, 142 print newspapers and e-newspapers in foreign languages, 268 radio and television works, 164 photos, 108 books, and 31 short video clips and innovative initiatives.
This year, the organisers awarded 18 first prizes, 33 second prizes, 44 third prizes, and 80 consolation prizes, coming to a total of 175 winning submissions.
Quang Ninh Media Group QMG wins the 3rd prize with a radio submission entitled “Talk with a billionaire about Ha Long” by Dao Linh.
