On the occasion of the Youth Union Congress for 2017-2022 term, on Sep. 12, in Ha Long city, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party's Committee Nguyen Van Doc had a meeting with 400 Youth Union members representing for nearly 140,000 members of Quang Ninh province. The meeting was aimed to understand willingness, thoughts, proposals and ideas of Quang Ninh's youth members.
At the meeting, the Party leader highly appreciated great efforts and contributions by Youth members to Quang Ninh's socio-economic development. He strongly affirmed that the Youth is a right-hand force of the Party. Thus, he hoped that they would enhance their strengths, knowledge and commitment to contribute to the development of their hometowns and the province, promoting traditional salidarity to succeed in the Youth Union Congress for 2017-2022 term.
At the meeting, many questions were raised, focusing on the major issues, namely: training human resource, especially hi-quality resource; the support from the province for the Youth in the startup movement; the participation of Quang Ninh Youth in administrative reforms and public services, etc. All the questions were clearly responded by the provincial leaders.
Secretary Nguyen Van Doc asked the Quang Ninh's Youth members would continue to promote their pioneering spirit to gain more achievements in all fields. He also wished the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Congress would be successful and propose robust measures and tasks for the best performance in the next term.
On this occasion, the Central Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and QNPPC have granted merits to the excellent youth union members, and honoured 11 outstanding works perform by Quang Ninh youth union.
