On Feb.1. in Ha Long City, on the occasion of the 89nd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (Feb. 3), and the Lunar New Year 2019, a provincial delegation headed by Mr. Nguyen Van Doc, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party's Committee laid wreaths and offered incenses at the Ha Long City's Fallen Soldiers Monument and Vu Van Hieu Monument to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs for their sacrifices and services during the cause of national liberation, construction and defense.
The delegation expressed their gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh, who brought fame to the nation and made great contributions to the struggle for national liberation and unification; the first Secretary of Quang Ninh Coal Mine Special Zone Party’s Committee, who devoted almost his entire life to the cause of the national revolution and created an oustanding example for all the young generations; and other national heroic martyrs who made sacrifices for the course of construction and defence of the country.
On behalf of the Party Committee, Government, army forces and people of Quang Ninh province, the delegation promised to continue to enhance their leadership capabilities and promote solidarity for the development of Quang Ninh province, fullfiling all the tasks of the new year 2019.
