Deputy Secretary of Quang Ninh's Provincial Party Committee; member of the Party Central Committee Vu Hong Thanh had a meeting with over 60 overseas Vietnamese in Ha Long city on Feb. 2.
Addressing the meeting, Thanh highlighted Quang Ninh major achievements in various fields, attributing these achievements to significant contributions made by Quang Ninh's Vietnameses abroad.
He called on Quang Ninh's Vietnamese abroad to continue their contribution for the cause of the provincial construction and develop Quang Ninh into an industrial and modern province. He wished all the OVs of Quang Ninh to have a warm Tet holiday.
