On July 27, a delegation consisting of leaders of Quang Ninh province, Ha Long City, Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group, and Dong Bac Corporation led by provincial Party’s Committee Secretary, cum chairman of People’s Council, Nguyen Xuan Ky, laid wreath and burnt incense at Ha Long Municipal Memorial and Statue of Vu Van Hieu on the occasion of 73rd anniversary of War Invalids and Martyr’s Day (July 27).
In sacred atmosphere, the delegation promised to uphold the spirit of unity to succeed all set targets; implement the year’s working theme “improving the quality of public servants and ensuring sustainable economic growth”; successfully organize 15th Provincial Party’s Committee Congress of Delegates; and develop Quang Ninh into a dynamic and driving-force area in the Northern key economic region, and a civilized and modern province with economic structure of industry and services.
