Not only professional photographers but also the amateurs can show their love for reading books by participating in a photograph contest “Impressive Reading Space in Ha Long city”, which has been launched by Quang Ninh Provincial Library.
As one of the activities responding the Vietnam Book Day (April 21) and the World Book Day (April 23), the photo contest aims to affirm the vital role of reading books and arousing the people’s passion of reading books, while encourage and develop reading culture among the community, and help to build a society of constant learners.
Entries will be collected from Mar 1-24 and sent to the Quang Ninh Provincial Library or via email address: cuocthianh.tvqn@gmail.com. The details of the contest is also updated on its official website: http://thuvienquangninh.org.vn/.
Basing on the votes on the Quang Ninh Library’s fanpage, the Organization Board of the contest will select 10 most-voted and grant awards to the impressive photos which will be displayed at Quang Ninh Provincial Library from Apr. 13.
