Tourist arrivals to Quang Ninh reached 7.3 million in the first ten months of the year, bringing the total tourism revenue in the first ten months to VND 11,534 billion, up 17% against last year’s corresponding period, reports the Quang Ninh Tourism Department.
This is a good sign of the province’s tourism sector in the year of 2016. In the remaining months of the year, the sector plans to continue effectively developing tourism products and managing destinations in order to attract more and more visitors to the province. Inspection and strict punishment for illegal cases causing bad impacts to the province’s tourism sector will be enhanced so as to ensure a healthier tourism and business environment.
