On the threshold of Quang Ninh’s 15th Party’s Committee Congress, a delegation led by provincial Party’s Committee Secretary, cum chairman of People’s Council, Nguyen Xuan Ky, laid wreaths and burnt incense at Ha Long Municipal Memorial and Statue of Vu Van Hieu, the first secretary of the mining area.
With the tradition of “When drinking water, remember its source”, the delegation reported outstanding achievements in implementing the resolutions of the 14th Provincial Party’s Committee Congress, term 2015-2020, on the party’s committee construction, political system fortification, socio-economic development, defense and security… They also promised to successfully organize the 15th Party’s Committee Congress, term 2020-2025. The delegation affirmed that achievements in the last 5 years would be a motivation for the province’s future development.
