National Reporting Platform and the Center for Information and Directions from the Government launched online

On August 19, The Office of the Government officially launched the National Reporting Platform, the Center for Information and Directions from the Government, and the 1,000th online public service on the National Public Service Portal. The event was presided over by Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc.

Quang Ninh Provincial Party’s Committee Secretary, cum chairman of People’s Council, Nguyen Xuan Ky, Provincial Deputy Secretary Ngo Hoang Ngan, Provincial Chairman, Nguyen Van Thang, and other representative leaders from departments and localities attended the online event at Quang Ninh Smart City Governance Center.

Under the Government’s guideline, since the beginning of the year, Quang Ninh has more than 1.9 million documents processed via National Single Window and over 393,000 dossiers received via electronic single window with the rate of dossiers handled on time of 99%. The provincial public service portal has provided 1,552 online public services level 3 and 4, including 518 online public services available on the national public portal (achieving 33.4%), fulfilling the target of at least 30% of public service on the national public portal as required by the the Government.

The operation of National Reporting Platform, the Center for Information and Directions from the Government is considered as an innovative turning point, helping change ways of leadership and working, from paper-based to digital-based process.
