During his working visit to Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Mr. Pham Minh Chinh, Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mr. Ali Rashid Lootah, Chairman of Nakheel and Limitless regarding the implementation of Ha Long star, the mixed-used residential and tourism area project in Bai Chay Ward.
Ha Long Star is key to this Group’s portfolio. Covering an area of 125ha, Ha Long Star has a total investment capital of US$ 550 million. It was kicked off in 2007 with the aim of building a 5-star hotel with 250 luxurious rooms; 226 villas and a commercial center. However, it has been delayed for years due to financial difficulties.
In this visit, the delegation of Quang Ninh was also given a tour of Nakheel’s key projects in Dubai, including the Palm Jumerah Island.
